My name is Copper. I am a therapy dog working at the Oshkosh location, and my humans name is Sandy Mittelsteadt. I love putting on my clothes, and heading to the office every day to improve the quality of our clients lives, I make humans laugh, smile, and relax. I especially love when I get to play with my clients!
I was born November 25th, 2012. My father was a pedigree Yorkshire Terrier. My mother was a pedigree Poodle. So, my breed is known as a Yorkiepoo. I grow hair, not fur, so I am hypo allergenic. I won’t make you sneeze!
I worked hard and became a Therapy dog 1/1/2015. When I see clients, I can see their energy. I see sad energy, happy energy, and even angry energy. I have also learned how to approach you and sense what you need from me. I can sense if you want me on your lap or to just say a hello and go lay down. No matter what the need is, I’m proud to be a “good boy” and a great therapy dog.
