Rochelle Alpert, MS, LPC
Rochelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 25 years of experience in providing mental health treatment for adults and couples. Her areas of specialized interest and training include treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family issues and stress management. Rochelle uses interpersonal and cognitive and behavioral therapies, mindfulness techniques and assertiveness education in her work with individuals and couples. She assists her clients to examine beliefs, habits and unresolved family of origin issues that contribute to personal and relationship stress. “I have a firm belief that individuals and couples can make positive changes in these areas and find increased well-being and hopefulness in their lives and greater satisfaction in their relationships.”
Rochelle is excited to be continuing her training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is pleased to be offering this level of couples therapy and education to her clients.
Rochelle received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. Rochelle held a Marriage and Family Therapy license in the state of California before she relocated with her family to Wisconsin.
