Terrance has been a practicing Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Care provider since 1988. His practice relies primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Systems and Reality Therapy, Body / Mind / Holistic Therapy, Conflict Resolution Therapy, Contemplative Psychotherapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Terrance is certified in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, with a history of crisis / trauma management and therapy. He has worked with diverse ethnic and cultural populations; AIDS / HIV groups; Severe and Persistent Mental Illness; Families, Youth, and Children; Aging and Geriatrics; Grief/ Bereavement and End of Life Counseling; Crisis Intervention Services; Bi / Multi-Cultural Stress; and Trauma/ Acute Stress Disorders.
He is a Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Supervisor, with extended deployments to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita Disaster areas in 2005 and Hurricanes Gustav and Ike Disaster areas in 2008. Most recently, Terrance held a full faculty position as lecturer / instructor with the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay Social Work Professional Programs baccalaureate (BSW) and graduate (MSW) school programs.
