Mindfulness is the effort to be present in mind and body with experience.

Jon Kabat-Zinn’s is the founder of the Mindfulness program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. His definition of mindfulness is:

“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way;
On purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”
